Intensive Course in Real Estate

These are the reasons why we created the intensive CEO course of real estate. The licensee will learn through 4 learning modules, the theory and practice on how to work and earn money while maintaining all legal requirements in real estate transactions. Most important, the licensee will start developing effective habits that will make money in as little as 60 days.

You will learn:

Week 1 (3 classroom hours): Introduction to ¿How to make money within 60 days?

  • Differences between a buyer’s and seller’s agent.
  • Buyer’s agent in Sales vs. Rentals.
  • Where do the clients come from?
  • Access to your influence circle.
  • How to Brand yourself as a Realtor®.
  • Social networks and free directories.
  • Cold statistics: 100 calls – 20 potential buyers – 2 clients.
  • Automatic prospecting tool in the MLS.
  • How to recognize your client’s motivation.
  • Following up buyers. CRM Software.

Week 2 (3 classroom hours):Property showings and term negotiation.

  • Reading MLS listings.
  • Asking for showing instructions.
  • Property inspections
    • Online

  • Matching clients’ needs and properties’ features.
  • Before submitting your offer.
  • Basic negotiation techniques.
  • Reaching an agreement (not closing the transaction)
  • Writing the contract to lease (CTL)
  • Writing leasing agreements approved to Realtors®
  • Writing the most common purchase agreements in Florida, transaction broker (buyers and sellers), agreement legalities.
  • Required disclosures for a real estate transaction, property disclosures, transaction disclosures, homeowner, and condominium associations.
  • Homeowner and condo associations.

Week 3 (3 classroom hours): Follow up to close transactions.

  • Creating a follow up list to close a real estate transaction
    • Checklist for a rental transaction
    • Checklist for a purchase-sale transaction
  • Establishing follow up dates.
  • Escrow deposits on contracts.
  • Real Estate transaction sequence.
  • Closing on a rental.
  • Closing on a purchase/sale.
    • Title companies, attorneys.
    • The closing day.
  • Follow up after closing.
  • Testimonials and referrals.

Week 4 (3 classroom hours):Property listings.

  • Rental listings
  • Sale listings for houses (SFR) and condos.
  • Property marketing (photos, advertising, websites, MLS)
  • Property photos
  • General property information and disclosures
  • MLS formats for listings
  • Minimum requirement for a listing.
  • Open houses.
  • Resources to the sale associate.
