- Does my license need to be ACTIVE to take this course?
- NO. You may or may not be working in real estate to comply with the post license or continuing education requirement.
- What is the duration of these courses?
- Post license: 45 hours which includes 3 for the end of course exam.
- Continuing Education: 14 hours, no test.
- What happen if I fail the end-of-course exam?
- You will be eligible to retake after 30 days.
- When is my course reported to the DBPR?
- All attendance is submitted electronically to the DBPR within two business days after successfully finishing the course.
- What language is the course taught in?
- In English. You may take the end-of-course exam (if applicable) in Spanish.
- What language is the course material in?
- May I sit in another class for review?
- Yes, you may sit in class in any post-license or continuing education course without any cost to you up to 90 after your completed your paid course.
